In addition to completing this form, please send digital images of your artwork to TolliverArts@gmail.com. Please ensure that the signature is very clear and visible. We cannot complete Appraisals or provide Certificates without these digital images.
Appraisals and Certificates of Authenticity will be certified by The Estate of William Tolliver and mailed to you within 7-10 business days.
If you own reproductions (such as serigraphs, lithographs or giclees) and simply would like to obtain the current market value, you may email us with the name and edition number of your artwork, and we will provide you with the value free of charge via email. If you need an official appraisal, please proceed with submitting this form and an invoice will be sent to you to submit payment.

Appraisal: $200.00
Certificate of Authenticity: $40
Both Appraisal & Certificate: $220
(for up to 3 works of art)
$50 per each additional appraisal
$10 per each additional Certificate
